Stretch & Restore Yoga

Deep Stretch & Restore Yoga will have you feeling refreshed and like you just had a full body massage (at a fraction of the cost!) Props are used to help tailor postures to your body and optimize the benefits of the stretch. Along with mindful breathing and meditation, this class offers a true yoga experience in a very relaxed and supportive setting. No matter your age or level of experience, this practice is a wonderful way to release stress and nurture yourself. 

 

This class meets twice a week and is an hour long. Mondays at 10:30am and Thursday afternoons at 3:45pm. The Monday class session also offers the option of an additional 15 minutes of restorative postures.

Whether you are new to yoga or are simply looking to deepen your practice, Yoga Fundamentals will foster curiosity for this ancient and constantly evolving practice. We will dive in to foundational aspects of yoga including postures, body alignment, pranyama (breath work), meditation, and yoga philosophy.

We will move from stretching through invigorating poses into calming and relaxation. All poses, integrated with the breath, will be presented at different levels of challenge to meet the needs of everyone, regardless of experience. Drop in for $10 or use your class pass.
