Tai Chi for beginners is coming to the Kure Beach Ocean Front Park this fall. By practicing simple movements based on ancient Tai Chi principles you can develop better body sense and harmony and tap into your inner core of energy for improved balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. Instructor, Lee Atwater has been practicing Yang style Tai Chi for nearly 30 years.
This is a 10-week program that starts on Tuesday, September 3rd and runs through November 5th. Class will be held from 10-11 AM at the Ocean Front Park. The cost to participate is $80 for the entire 10-week program and the class needs 10 students to run.
